Lawrence County won a tight competition in a four-way golf team match held at Tullahoma Country Club on Thursday afternoon. The boys from Lawrenceburg shot a team score of 148 over the nine holes. Tullahoma was close behind with a 154, and Coffee County scored a 155. Lincoln County shot 231.
Lawrenceburg’s Hudd Mattox had the lowest round overall individually with a 33. Jack Stowe (35) and Noah Costello (36) from Coffee County placed second and third on the day. Jack Hill led Tullahoma with a round of 37.
Other counting scores for the Cats from Tullahoma were Bordy Fulmer (38), Keegan Taylor (39), and Alex Miller (40).
The two other counting scores for the Red Raiders were Landon Collins and Levi Rossman, with 42s each.
Coffee County won the ladies' competition115-131 over Lincoln County. The Lady Raiders were led by Leah Kate Sullivan with a 54, and Karsyn Riddle carded a 63.
Tullahoma’s Myla Dennis shot the round individually in girls’ play with a 48.
