On August 25, 2024, at 1:45pm Coffee County deputies responded to the area of Vaughn Speckleton Rd and the railroad tracks. Human remains were located by a subject checking their deer cameras.
Coffee County Sheriff's Investigators along with Manchester Police Department Investigators and Coffee County EMS Director Michael Bonner processed the scene and the area around the remains.
The remains were then transported by Coffee County EMS for pick up by the State Medical Examiner's Office. Currently this is NOT being investigated as a homicide but a possible Natural Caused Death.
The family has confirmed the identity of that being missing Manchester woman Bonnie S. Williams, who had been missing for nearly 50 days.
