“Friday night football is a unique and special experience, especially in Southern Middle Tennessee,” said Glenn Goodwin, General Manager of Bowman-On Target Marketing, “I’m excited to continue our relationship with Coffee County Central High School and bring Red Raider football to the airwaves this fall. We’re honored to have a veteran broadcaster like Lucky lead our Coffee County coverage and Clay brings fantastic passion and knowledge to the broadcast. They’re a dynamic duo I’m sure Red Raider fans will enjoy listening to this season!”

Coverage of Coffee County Football in 2024, which is once again presented by Dr. James Van Winkle, begins with expanded pregame programing leading into the season opener at home against Franklin County on August 23rd.  A special preseason preview breaking down the Red Raiders, Tullahoma Wildcats and Shelbyville Golden Eagles and Regions 5-5A and  3-6A airs at 6:00.  That’s followed by Dot Foods Red Raider Countdown at 6:30 and Kickoff at 7:00.

“I am excited again to be calling Red Raider football,” said Knott. “We have new coaches in place, and it should be a very exciting year for Coffee County football. I look forward to working with Clay Turner as he makes his football broadcast debut this season. Clay has proven himself to be a valuable asset to our broadcast. We work well together and put fun into our broadcasts. I’m also excited to welcome Emily Shuster to the team and to be able to add photos to our Coffee County coverage.”

“I’m honored to be able to work alongside and learn from the legend Lucky Knott,” said Turner. “I loved calling basketball and spring sports, but nothing matches the excitement of football under the Friday Night lights!  I’m also excited to see how the Red Raiders stack up in one of the most competitive regions in the state.”
