Franklin County Sheriff's Office Organizes Collection Drive for East Tennessee Flood Victims

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is collecting water and other items for those affected by the flooding in East Tennessee. There is a tractor trailer parked at the Franklin County Annex at 851 Dinah Shore Boulevard in Winchester. The list of items needed is on the Franklin County Sheriff’s facebook page.
