Hillsboro Man Sentenced to 12 Months in Prison for Felony and Misdemeanor Charges in U.S. Capitol Breach

A Hillsboro man was sentenced to prison after he previously pleaded guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges related to the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the U.S. Capitol. 57 year old Allan Jennings was sentenced to 12 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $3,825 in restitution and fines by U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton. Jennings previously pleaded guilty to a felony offense of civil disorder and a misdemeanor offense of destruction of government property.
