Man Struck by Stray Bullet Still Alive

Winchester police are now reporting the man struck by a stray bullet on the 4th is still alive. He is identified as 61-year-old John Cobb of Springfield, TN. Winchester police have clarified that that Cobb was pronounced deceased over the weekend, but say he has been placed on life support. Organ donor services have been called. Cobb is critical, unconscious, but still alive.
