The Coffee County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that Mr. Brown was arrested on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
He was charged by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with failure to yield.
A $250.00 bond was set with a March 25, 2025 court date.
Mr. Brown issued a statement to Thunder Radio saying that he refused to sign the tickets and was then arrested.
