Oakstone Land & Capital Launches Site Development for Whiskey Creek: Luxury Tiny Home Community Near Lynchburg

Oakstone Land & Capital has begun site development for Whiskey Creek, a resort-style luxury tiny home community on the former Lynchburg Wilderness RV Park site. Located less than a mile from downtown Lynchburg and near the Jack Daniels Distillery, the development will feature 79 custom tiny homes along Last Fork Mulberry Creek. Whiskey Creek will offer rustic industrial designs, luxury interiors, and shared amenities, including an events barn and creekside firepits. Home construction is set to begin in Q2 2025.
