UPDATE: LOCATED The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing juvenile. Greyson Lee Ritchie's last known location was Oak Grove Road on Sunday afternoon. The 16-year-old is described as a white male, five feet, ten inches tall, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, wearing dark colored shorts and a light colored shirt.
