The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released the name of the pedestrian struck and killed on Interstate 24 West at Mile Marker 117 early last Thursday morning (2/20). The report stated that a 2015 Hyundai Genesis and a 2005 GMC NK1 were westbound when the pedestrian, identified as Robert Moreau, age: 46 from Tennessee, stepped out onto Interstate 24 and was struck by the vehicles. No charges were listed against either driver in the preliminary report.
