Wildcat's Sweep Wednesday Double Header

The Tullahoma Wildcats completed District 8-AAA regular season competition with a 7-3 win
over Marshall County on Wednesday at Grider Stadium. The ‘Cats followed that with a 9-2
victory over Moore County in a non-district contest.
Tullahoma (24-8, 9-1) captured its third consecutive District 8-AAA championship, with its only
loss coming to Central Magnet. The Wildcats will finish the regular season by hosting
Community High School on Friday at 6 p.m.
Mason Bratcher (7-0) pitched 5.2 innings in the win over Marshall County, allowing three runs
and four walks with nine strikeouts. Andrew Fulmer picked up his first save of the year by
tossing the final 1.1 innings, allowing just one hit with one strikeout.
Fulmer was 2-4 at the plate, scoring twice and stealing two bases, and slammed a long two-run homer, his sixth of the season. Andrew Zebick, J.D. Schmisseur, and Baylan Tuten also had
two hits each, and Bratcher drove in two runs with a double.
Senior Grayson Waller (3-0) pitched four complete innings to get the win over Moore County.
Waller allowed five hits with four strikeouts. Aiden Evans pitched the fifth and sixth innings,
allowing three hits with four strikeouts, and Lucas Taylor-Rodriquez pitched the seventh with
two strikeouts.
Tuten and Schmisseur each had two hits to lead the Wildcat offense.
