Winchester asks residents' opinions on streets and sidewalks

Winchester residents are being asked to fill out a survey on how to use grant money from the Tennessee Department of Transportation. The survey is for the development of a Pavement and Sidewalk Assessment Plan that will include recommendations for repair and maintenance of the city’s street network.
