Little Leaf Farms, the nation’s #1 indoor-grown salad brand, has announced its continued expansion with a new campus in Manchester.

The new 215-acre site is initially planned for 40 acres of greenhouses, with an option to expand to 80 acres. Construction will begin this summer with an anticipated launch in Fall 2026.

Once fully operational, the facility will have the capacity to produce enough sustainably-grown leafy greens to service the Midwest, Southeast, and Texas. The facility will also create several hundred jobs over five years.

Little Leaf Farms is the largest indoor-grown brand in the U.S. with over 50% market share among indoor lettuce growers, according to Nielsen. The new facility will further the brand’s mission of providing fresh, delicious leafy greens to all, and reinforce its leadership in the fast-growing controlled environment agriculture (CEA) category.
