
Tullahoma City Schools received $29,300 in grants from the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee before winter break. The funds came from the Lillian Ashley Field of Interest Fund, benefiting Coffee County's children, animals, and environment. Bel-Aire and East Lincoln elementary schools each received $8,500. Bel-Aire will enhance literacy tools and community experiences, while East Lincoln plans academic and enrichment activities. Robert E. Lee Elementary received $6,300 to create a STEAM courtyard, fostering teamwork and social-emotional skills. Tullahoma City Schools received $6,000 to support middle school students’ well-being, led by Coordinated School Health. Director Catherine Stephens thanked the foundation for its support.
