Tullahoma Football again featured on 93.9 The Duck in 2024

Updated: Aug 11

Bowman-On Target Marketing, operator of Southern Middle Tennessee’s most listened to radio stations, is proud to return as the exclusive radio home of Tullahoma Football for the eighth consecutive season. For the sixth time overall and fifth year in a row, Wildcat fans can tune to 93.9 The Duck (WDUC-FM) to hear every snap as the Cats battle area rivals and Region 5-5A foes.  Fans can also stream the games at 939theduck.com, on the free 93.9 The Duck app or by telling their smart speaker to play 93-9 The Duck!

Will Rabb who has served as the radio “Voice of the Cats” since November of 2021 returns to call the action alongside former Wildcat Riley Darden who is entering his third season as the color analyst for Tullahoma sports on The Duck.

“Friday night football is a unique and special experience, especially in Southern Middle Tennessee,” said Glenn Goodwin, General Manager of Bowman-On Target Marketing, “I’m excited to continue our longstanding relationship with Tullahoma High School and bring Wildcat football to the airwaves this fall. Will and Riley have developed fantastic chemistry over the past two years. They bring knowledge and enthusiasm to the broadcast and I’m looking forward to hearing them on the call again this season.”

Coverage of Tullahoma Football in 2024, presented by Horgan’s Collison Center, begins with expanded pregame programing leading into the season opener at Stewarts Creek on August 23rd.  A special preseason preview breaking down the Wildcats, the Coffee County Red Raiders, Shelbyville Golden Eagles and Regions 5-5A and 3-6A airs at 6:00.  That’s followed by Lester, Green, McCord and Thoma Insurance Wildcat Countdown at 6:30 and kickoff at 7:00.

“I’m honored to be a part of another season of Tullahoma football coverage on 93.9 The Duck and I’m excited to work with Riley once again,” said Rabb. “Coming off a runner up finish in the region in 2023 the Cats should once again be in the hunt for the 5-5A title and I’m looking forward to documenting it for T-Town"

Darden echoed Rabb’s enthusiasm, “I’m blessed to be given the opportunity to work alongside Will and the team at The Duck and bring my perspective as a player and coach to the broadcast. Coming off a playoff trip last season and returning several key players from that team I’m excited to see what’s in store for the Wildcats in 2024.”
