stepping down from his position effective June 12, 2025.
Brooks has served the TAEDC and the Tullahoma community with distinction,
providing dedicated leadership in advancing economic development initiatives,

experienced over the past several years,” comments City Administrator Jason

are grateful for Winston’s leadership and commitment to the Tullahoma
community,” said Board Chair Colonel Beverly Lee (USAF Ret). Chair of the
TAEDC Board of Directors. “His work has helped lay the foundation for long-term
economic vitality, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
He was also actively involved with workforce development and the Civic

the TAEDC at the 71st Secretary of the Air Force National Security Forum at
Maxwell AFB in Alabama as a community partner for Arnold Air Force Base.
Brooks is pleased to announce that he will go on to serve as the Director of
Economic Development and Entrepreneurship for the City of Chattanooga. “It has
been an honor to serve Tullahoma and work alongside so many dedicated public
servants, business leaders, Air Force leaders and community partners,” stated
Brooks. “I am proud of what we’ve accomplished together and confident in the
continued success of Tullahoma and the TAEDC moving forward.”
The TAEDC Board of Directors and the City of Tullahoma are currently engaged
in a transition and search plans to ensure continuity of operations, and to identify
the next leader who will guide the organization forward. A formal executive search
is expected to begin shortly. During the interim period, Chairman Lee, City
Administrator Quick, and City Finance Director Sue Wilson will assume the duties
of leadership for the TAEDC. For more information, please contact the City of
